• Items listed as “used,” “open-box,” or “returned” are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchase.

We may accept returns only if the wrong item was shipped or if the item arrives defective/damaged in a way not described. In such cases:

• Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Proof of issue (photos) may be required.

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
